Applicants need to enter the udyam registration number in a valid format.
APPLICANT NAME :
Applicants need to enter their name as mentioned on the Aadhar card issued by UIDAI.
Mobile Number :
Applicants need to enter their 10-digits mobile number. Please avoid country code.
Aadhaar Number :
Applicants need to enter their Aadhaar number in the format of (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx).
Enter Email Id :
Applicants need to enter their email id as softcopy of updated certificate will be sent on registered e-mail id only
CHOOSE THE OPTION ON WHICH YOU WANT TO RECEIVE OTP :
Applicants needs to choose one option where they want to receive an OTP.
UPLOAD UDYAM CERTIFICATE :
Applicants need to upload soft copy of their udyam certificate.
PROVIDE THE DETAILS TO BE UPDATED ON CERTIFICATE :
Applicants need to describe the changes which they want to update on udyam certificate.
SUBMIT APPLICATION :
Applicants need to duly check all the details and click on submit button.
